BOSTON, MA – Investigators at MSPCA-Angell are trying to find the person who left a dog taped inside a box in a portable toilet in Brookline.
A 22-pound female Corgi-mix, believed to be about 5, was found at 10 p.m. Thursday taped inside a box in a portable toilet at a construction site on Colchester Street.
