SENECA, S.C. – A TikTok of a South Carolina rescue dog melted the hearts of millions after holding hands with his new owner on their way home.
Abigail Arellano picked up her new friend, Loki, from Oconee Humane Society in Seneca, South Carolina last week. On the way home, Loki held Abigail’s hand the entire ride home.
