Glendale,AZ – Dogs made a splash in this year’s AKC Diving Dogs Challenge in Glendale, Arizona. In the Diving Dogs sport, dogs wait on a 40-foot dock before running and launching themselves off the end to get the toy the handler throws in.
Throughout this fast-paced competition, held in conjunction with North American Diving Dogs (NADD), dogs from across the country competed in three different disciplines—Distance, Air Retrieve, and Hydro Dash.
You can catch the 2024 AKC Diving Dogs Challenge on ESPN starting July 4 at 7:00pm ET. If you miss it, there are additional broadcasts on July 6 from noon to 2:00pm ET and on July 14 from 4:00 to 6:00pm ET on ESPN2.
