MURRELLS INLET, S.C – The sixth Boykin Spaniel Fall Fling in Murrells Inlet celebrates South Carolina’s state dog while raising funds for Boykin Spaniel Rescue.
Scheduled for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at A Dog’s Way Inn, the event includes agility demos, dock-diving, Santa photos, and a tricks contest. Admission is $10 per individual or $20 per family.
Events manager Cindy Allred highlights the breed’s loyal and versatile nature, emphasizing the importance of the funds raised due to the increasing number of rescues needed. Allred, a long-time Boykin Spaniel owner, shares her personal connection to the breed through her rescued dog.
