PORTLAND, OR – Animal rights organization PETA is offering a reward of up to $5,000 to help find a missing dog that was seen on video being abused in a Portland apartment building elevator.
The abuser, Isaac Booker Justham, was arrested and charged with three felonies but has not revealed the dog’s location. The abuse, captured on Aug. 2, involved whipping, hanging, and kicking the dog.
PETA is urging anyone with information to contact Detective Matthew Brown at matthew.brown@police.portlandoregon.gov and reference case number 24-803427.
