LOUISVILLE, KY – The Louisville Metro Police Department is investigating the death of a puppy found burned in a green basket under I-64 on Friday.
MSD workers discovered the fire around 9:15 a.m., but the puppy died from its injuries. The LMPD’s animal cruelty unit is looking for suspects and reviewing nearby surveillance footage. They are asking for doorbell camera footage or tips to help identify the person responsible.
