Puppy rescued from tire in Eloy

ELOY, AZ – Zeus the puppy was having a “ruff” day.

Zeus thought his “new accessory” felt a little tight! An Eloy firefighter got the tire off of the puppy’s neck and even performed a “puppy medical exam.”
