Rescue owner pleads guilty after 30 dogs found dead in freezers

MIDDLETOWN, OH – A dog rescue owner has now pleaded guilty to felony charges of cruelty to companion animals, according to Butler County court records.

Ronda Murphy’s guilty plea comes several months after nearly 100 dogs were seized and 30 were found dead in freezers at her animal rescue, Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones previously said.
