CROSSVILLE, Tenn. – Hawaii has some of the toughest COVID-19 restrictions in the country.
After five months, service dog Pebbles finally has a ticket to fly. The 6-year-old toy poodle will travel more than 4,000 miles from Tennessee to Hawaii to reunited with her owner.
