ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A Texas man and his dog were reunited today at Orange County Animal Services after more than seven years apart.
Kerry Smith’s dog Jazzy ran away from their Fort Worth, Texas, home during July 4 fireworks and was never seen by Smith again. Then Orange County Animal Services took in an abandoned dog found in a motel room without food or water.
