SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Spartanburg Police Department officials said emergency crews rescued a dog from a storm drain Tuesday morning.
According to the police department’s Facebook post, Spartanburg Fire Department and City of Spartanburg Animal Control rescued “Lizzo” and returned her to her family.
