Ringwood, NJ – Lynne Petermann volunteers her time to run a free kids reading program at Ringwood Public Library with her one-eyed therapy dog Winky.
It’s the perfect name for this 10-year-old pekingese pooch. Winky has one eye and is a rescue. She’s also the star of a special program at this library — Read to Winky.
