COLUMBUS, OH – Columbus police have arrested a man who allegedly set a puppy on fire in Walnut Hill Park over the weekend.
On October 11, firefighters found a puppy was in the cage when it was set on fire. The division received many calls with tips and many more from people offering money for the treatment costs and/or reward money for information.
