JACKSON, Miss. – A dog who showed up at a Mississippi animal shelter with two broken legs has found a new home, and it sounds like a perfect match.
Radar, named by a vet tech for his really big ears, came to the Mississippi Animal Rescue League earlier in October as a stray.
Radar’s new owner, Andrea Wilson, is a U.S. Navy veteran and still works for the Navy as a civilian. Her specialty is sonar and radar work for submarines — a match made in heaven.
