San Francisco, CA – A woman who hired a plane to tow a banner in the search for her stolen dog has a tearful reunion on Tuesday.
Jackson is a 5-year-old black, white and gray Mini Australian Shepherd with blue eyes. He was found a shelter hundreds of miles away outside Los Angeles. While the owner went into a grocery store on December 14, 2019, he was tied to a bench.
