AUSTIN, Tex. – A cold puppy chased down a KXAN photographer Friday morning as she was driving for weather coverage.
Our KXAN photographer Julie Karam rescued her in freezing temperatures along RM 620 in Steiner Ranch just west of RM 2222. By Friday evening, we were able to track down her owner!
