Watch: Man saves dog stranded over frozen northwest Ohio lake

CELINA, OH – A dog is safe and sound after being stranded at Grand Lake St. Marys State Park.

Two men spotted the dog over the frozen lake. One of them raced over to the dog using a rowboat. Watch the entire rescue below.
