Floyd County, Ky. — An Eastern Kentucky man is facing charges after police say he skinned his neighbor’s dogs.
A neighbor told state police that Johnathan Watkins, 38, of Floyd County, killed four dogs, skinned them and hung them off his front porch. Watkins confessed to stabbing the dogs and skinning them because he wanted a “doggy coat.”
